How diligently does ЕОS work? |
Debts are collected by telephone and by sending letters of advice and reminders. Our telephone operators are trained in the latest negotiation and communication techniques for clients and have experience in arrears management. We do not actually handle cash ourselves: the debts are transferred to accounts specified by you.
We also offer the collection of defaulted receivables through the courts via a national office and a nationwide network of lawyers. For us it is important not only to collect receivables, but also to uphold the good name of the company or organization we are representing.
How much will your services cost me? |
The cost of the services offered by EOS is based on a percentage of the amount actually collected. The level of interest depends on the size of the debt assigned and on the age of the remaining arrears. The older your debt, for ex-ample, the higher the interest on our fee (ex-perience has shown that it is more difficult to collect older debts).
The fee for our services becomes due only if we are successful, i.e. it is charged only on the actual amounts recovered.
What will happen if my customers still don't pay? |
In debt collection, each case is a one-off and the level of success varies. We must admit that not every debt is collected and we do not suc-ceed every time. At every stage we give our view on the actions we recommend.
Why should I trust you? |
ЕОS Matrix is a leading debt management agency in Eastern Europe. We are part of the EOS Group, an international financial services group registered in Germany with offices in 20 countries in Europe and the USA, 30 years’ experience in debt collection and 20,000 cli-ents. Our successes with a large number of clients on financial and other commercial mar-kets are proof of the reliability and probity with which we handle each and every client.
When should I ask you to help? |
Our experience shows that success in debt collection is optimized when we start work at the earliest possible stage. Many of our clients say that collaborating with us helps to educate long-term partners about issues of probity in the handling of their financial liabilities.
We can step in at any stage. It all depends on your own policy.
How long will my debtors go on pay-ing? |
Each case is a one-off. Our success depends on several factors including the time limit, the amount owed and the debtor's psychological make-up. We can assure you, however, that our aim is for payments to be made as quickly as possible.
What documents must I present to you to have a debt collected over the phone? |
Initially we only need documents confirming the debt, e.g. a copy invoice, a receipt for goods and the acceptance and transfer records. These enable our specialists to familiarize themselves with the details of each individual case.
Is it legal to give you detailed infor-mation about my customers? |
ЕОS Matrix is registered as a personal data administrator under the Personal Data Protec-tion Act, which means that any reasonable measures taken by us to collect your debt are recognized by law.
Why should I assign my bad debts to you? |
Some companies and organizations prefer to collect their receivables themselves, since in the majority of cases this is the responsibility of the accounting or commercial department. But why slow down the workflows within your own company when you can pass this not particu-larly pleasant task on to a specialist organiza-tion such as ours? We have trained and experi-enced staff, the latest technologies, specialized software and specific know-how which are all concentrated solely on the collection of receiv-ables.
As a member of the International Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA Inter-national) and CSA UK, we have access to and can select the world’s best debt collection prac-tices which meet the international standards set by ACA.
Can you help me if I have a debtor abroad? |
ЕОS Matrix has offices in over 20 countries worldwide, which means that we can offer debt collection services in more than 70 countries altogether.
